We Sharpen Everything!

Complete re-tipping of carbide blades!

Mack Saw has a rich family history spanning over 50 years. It all began when Ken Sr. and his partner opened a custom carbide tipped saw blade shop in the Edison Armory. Their exceptional blades were highly sought-after by companies all around the world. In the 1980s, Ken Sr. became the sole owner of the business and relocated it to Route 9 in Old Bridge. Along with his son, Ken Jr., he continued to produce high-quality blades, adapting to the changing industry by offering blade resharpening services to customers across the United States. During that time, the company developed the motto, "We Sharpen Everything!"

After Ken Sr.'s retirement in 1992, Ken Jr. relocated the shop to Lakewood and expanded the company's services to include complete retipping of blades and designing blades with tough teeth that could cut through nails. These innovations were particularly useful for pallet manufacturers. Although Ken Sr. passed away in 1994, his legacy of providing quality products at a reasonable price lived on through Ken Jr.

In 2004, Mack Saw moved to its current location in New Egypt. Ken Jr. continued to operate the business until his unfortunate passing in 2022. He passed on the reins to his son, Kenny, who has made it his mission to maintain the company's longstanding reputation for excellence and affordability. Today, Mack Saw is still family-owned and operated and remains a trusted provider of high-quality saw blades and sharpening services.
